Had take out and service was great and quick
Super friendly staff and high quality indian food with all the classics and a large variety of naans ( the sampler platter is excellent too).
MoreNot great as they said it on name but way better than GrillNCurry.Professional service 💯
MoreThis is a great place for daily buffet. The food is just great and consistent. I've been going to this restaurant for many years and haven't found a better Indian buffet. The only downside is that sometimes on Sundays they have a large group of people arriving by tour bus to eat here, and when this happens they take away many of the food options (I think they pay a low price per person), so we've felt cheated more than once because of that. But I'll keep going, just not on Sundays when the bus group eat there.
MoreThis spot is worth a visit. They serve big portions for fair rates. Regularly well kept and with fantastic ambience. Highly recommended.
MoreA delivery driver parked by the street parking spots and parked in my car and a couple of other cars. When the driver came out, he didn't even apologize. Super rude. I can't imagine how bad the service inside.
MoreBest quality Indian food on US soil & the restuarant offers many choicey Vegetarian & Non Vegetarian dishes moderately priced
MoreGreat place! Phenomenal food! Owner is a great person, we enjoyed our food here. Probably the best we had during our stay at SF. Definitely coming back.
MoreDelicious and affordable, especially their lunch buffet
Filled me up. Really nothing but good experiences here. This place has an awesome atmosphere.
MoreIt is one of the most authentic North Indian food I have enjoyed in SF. The ambiance is quite with Punjabi music videos playing in the back. The staff is very friendly. I recommend this restaurant.
MoreReally good buffet! And only $12/person... Good service... Nice people! And inexpensive... Definitely suggest!
MoreNice Authentic food in San Francisco
Pros: All you can eat lunch buffetCons: flavors are sub parI stopped in to give this place another go. They did have better naan this time. However the amount of food available was pretty pethatic. The buffet starts at 1130 and I came in at 1230. The chicken curry available was about 80% thick curry and 20% chicken. I took some and the person after me took the rest. Which again wasn't much to begin with.Instead of replacing it. They simply stirred it up some more. I won't give this place a third try but your welcome to.
MoreButter chicken usually safe dish anywhere but not in here. It was tomatey/limey watered down curry with shreads of not the best part of chicken. I can make better butter chicken myself from ready mix packets from Indian store! Dish Saag lamb was pretty good, sag was thick and lamb was well tender. Thats why 2 stars. Desert came frozen and when asked wait staff to send it back my request was refused. I gave it a try but will never go there again.
MoreThe side sauces were assembled fresh. The ground lamb kabob was juicy. The lamb madras was delicious. I couldn't find rice as a side, so I didn't order it assuming that it came with the meal, but it did not. There is no shortage of basmati rice at my house, so this wasn't a problem, but I could see it being problematic for others. Make sure that you order a side of rice if you want it.
MoreCame here on a Friday I think. Reminds me of a place in New York I loved to visit.
MoreThis place is absolutely one of my favorites. I had a brother come into town and asked me to take him back here. Prices are decent for the quality.
MoreI stopped here after choosing resturants near me. There was a lunch buffet, but I was ordering food to go. They have a wonderful selection of vegetarian food! I ordered 3 entrees, 3 different types of rice, and 3 types of naan. All were superb. Packaging to go was labeled, and done in a timely fashion. I will be coming here, making it a tradition!!
Morea preferred evening place. service treated us so nice. the place has a good feel to it. this place has many great reviews for a reason.
MoreI go here all the time. It’s awesome food
Chapati and Naan looks and taste the same and not really tasty. It's too chewy not soft at all. Paneer Tikka masala taste like made from Tomato soup. Not satisfied at all.
MoreLovely naans, curry is good. Very polite staff.
Food was fresh and very delicious but overpriced for the portion you get. I know I've had better quality and tasting Indian food before with a much less expensive price. Our waiter was the coolest and sweetest dude ever - definitely made our experience a very pleasant one.
MoreOne of the best Indian food. The food was cooked with authentic Indian spices and quite tasty, unlike the ready-made curries in some of the other Indian restaurants. The spicy level might be more for some people. The owners are very welcoming and offer great service. Its a quite and clean place... Would recommend this over other restaurants even if food options are limited.
MoreTest was amazing. You will get pure indian test. Whenever you visit in SFO, do visit this place to have your lunch and dinner. Staff is also very polite and good in service.
MoreGood food in USA
Lunch buffet is quite respectable. Dinner even delivered is full fledged feast. Lowish prices and they are open just a little bit later.
MoreService is always timely even when they have a full house. Service is typically good. The bill was fair for the quality of the food. Mood here reminds me of San Diego's scene.
MoreDecent food and the lunch buffet price is a great find on Geary Avenue.
Miss my friend kamal. good chef makes amazing food ! Can’t wait to go again
MoreMakes me realize. Only the best is good enough 100% Rasta
Food is cold. Chicken Tandoori is old and very chewy. When I asked about fresh chicken, he pretended he didn’t listen. I waited half an hour for fresh one, but he didn’t bring it. Also I had to wait half an hour to get some fish poroka .Terrible service and food . I think it’s not worth the 13$ I paid.will never come back or recommend it to anyone.
MoreYes - they're a bit pricey. Their chicken tikka marsala was $16 without rice, and the portions are not huge. However, it was SO tasty, that I honestly don't mind paying a little extra.
MoreGood variety of food and attentive staff.
Lunch buffet was delicious !
A preferred evening place. I'll return with my coworkers.
Great prices and really wonderful selection. Lots of vegetarian dishes as well as meat. All well prepared and the staff is very sweet.
MoreWe went at 4 PM and it was open!! Assorted bread basket is worth it and was so fresh.Veg curry was good enough.Overall liked the freshness of naan/roti for decent price.
MoreMe and my friends went there for lunch buffet yesterday. The ambience was okay but the food was not at all good. The food in the buffet spread dried up and they were very slow in refilling the items even after requesting for a multiple times. Not at all worth it the money we spent there. I regret to say I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.
MoreThe name suits this restaurant. A great Indian restaurant with one of the best cuisines in the world, Indian cuisine. We went there for buffet lunch. Lots of choices of authentic Indian dishes in veg and non veg. You get to have Indian desserts also. The taste is authentic Indian as I myself is an Indian I can assure you of that. No doubt Indian cuisine is popular in the world, that's why you find Indian restaurants getting popularity in many cities in the world. This one was no exception. The staff is polite and helpful. As the owner was from India we as Indians got extra attention. The parking on the street in front is paid park I think. Another great India..n restaurant.👌ðŸ¼ðŸ‘ðŸ»
MoreAbsolutely a place worth stopping by, the food is excellent and fresh, the costs are reasonable and it is consistently well organized there. Keep up the good work.
MoreThe food is ok. The service was great! We’ve been a few times. Once for the buffet and they didn’t charge us for our four year old despite our protests. Super nice people.
MoreIt was okay
Food was not good at all lunch ..some dishes were too spicy for me and as neither friend..I was expecting GB more variety mostly fried..and oily..only one meat dish..bad salad bar...I eaten at better..food seem not that fresh will not be going back
MoreThe food was delicious. The buffet also had salad and desert. There was bread in a bowl (like how italian restaurants have bread and butter or mexican restaurants have chips and salsa). There was a tv playing music videos. The bathrooms were one person bathrooms (instead of with stalls).
MoreVery "mild" food. They have despiced everything. Otherwise very good.
Very nice buffet for a reasonable price. Lots of delicious options, and the naan is included.
Moreonly served chicken masalla. Others are not tasty. And cold. Buffet time is nice
I went to the buffet for $9.99. The curries were pretty bland. The naan isn't as crisp as I wanted. Unfortunately nothing was spicy. The dessert is a must taste. The watermelon and salad were fresh. All in all, I liked the textures of the food but the flavor wasnt authentic.
